Vintage Finds
Although many of our items are well stocked with multiple quantities, a good number of our items are true vintage finds, found on a picking trip while traveling the countryside or amongst the bounty of local vintage vendors at flea markets and antique fairs around the Central Florida area - and thus, when they are gone, they are gone. We encourage our customers - if you see a vintage find that you like - snatch it up, it may not be there later.
That being said - we are true pickers in that we keep our eyes out for items that we believe to be current hot picks and should you have something in mind that you are looking for - don't hesitate to contact us. Our friends often request us to "keep your eye out for a huge dough bowl 'yay' big" all the time and we would love to do that for you as well.
Can I use multiple coupons on my purchase?
One at time please. Coupons can be applied to sale merchandise that is shown as marked-down on our site. Coupons expire one year after issuance, unless otherwise noted.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated according to total purchase price, after discounts and before tax/shipping. Please reference our shipping information here.
Will I be charged when my items are shipped, or when I place my order?
We bill customers upon checkout, not when items are shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Most of our items are warehoused locally - those items will ship within 3 days. We do have items that due to logistical reasons are off-site and they typically ship within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation, sometimes sooner, depending upon availability. We endeavor to keep each item's shipping details up-to-date and those details are located at the bottom of each product page in the Product Info Section, but should you have a shipping question, please feel free to contact us at orders@middletonmercantile.com and sometimes we can give a better estimate of your exact shipping date . Please keep in mind that some things are out of our control, but we will always give you the most current information available.
Backorders
We have little control of wholesale supply and in the event that your item gets back-ordered after purchase, we will notify you via email.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive it!
