Shipping charges are based on the weight of your total purchase and rates vary by region.

We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier.  Some larger or heavier items may cost more to ship and additional shipping charges may need to be added. In this case, you will be contacted, via email, prior to shipping.

At this time we only ship within the United States & Canada.  If you live internationally and would like to place an order, please contact us and  we can ship for actual shipping costs at your expense.  All shipping prices are in US dollars.

Product Availability &Backordered Items

We continually strive to display the most current and accurate product inventory information.  Due to the nature of ecommerce and more particularly, vintage and handcrafted product ecommerce,  availability varies by item. Each product's availability status is noted in the Shipping Info Section at the bottom of each product page.  Please refer to this section for the product's particular status.   In an effort to provide our customers with as much information as possible, below is a summary of our availability status terms.

• IN STOCK - On site and shipped within 2-3 days.  

• WAREHOUSE STOCK - In stock, available and stored in off-site facility; shipped within 15 days

• BACKORDER - Delayed availability by wholesaler; generally back in stock within 6-8 weeks,but varies.  Shipped immediately upon availability.

• DISCONTINUED - No longer offered by wholesaler.  Stock will not be replenished and returns will not be accepted. 

• HANDCRAFTED  - Made to order.  Guaranteed Shipment within 15 days from date of order.

 In the event a product’s availability changes, you will be notified immediately via email and provided with alternative options, including the option to request a refund.  It is Middleton Mercantile's general policy  to hold your order and ship immediately once our stock is replenished in the absence of customer direction otherwise.  We will not automatically cancel your order.   We do our best to get your items processed and shipped quickly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Tracking

 At the time of processing your order for shipping, you will receive a shipment notification via email that includes a tracking number to track the status of your package. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), and will leave our shipment center warehouse within 7 business days, unless otherwise noted as described above.

Keeping Costs Low and Staying Green

To conserve materials, we prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible, but in the event that one or more of your items require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible. Please note; we may re-use shipping boxes and packaging to conserve costs, as well as the environment.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our shops and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
